There's an enemy I haven't quite figured out the name of, who uses a puppet & involves player characters. I thought it would be cute if instead of using a generic puppet, it used an actual puppet based on the party member. So I did this in 20 minutes.

So I was going through my game folder, and I've been putting off redoing some enemy sprites, and this one (all the way on the right, labeled 'old' of course) was one of them. So I went to redo it, and honestly I'm still not very happy with it.

Side Game Mid-Run Sprites

Yet another side project woot... meh.
At top you have the side game versions of Faris Adventure enemies, which are the heroes here, in a cutesy colourful version. Below them are the original sprites.
...god that Sahuagin is huge... I honestly never realized that...

This totally reminds me of Pac-Man with the blue mook there on the left,  which I desperately need to redo, and the other two remind me of, what I know as, Dragon's Curse - though you might know it as Wonder Boy III.

When I try to do Cute & Colourful sprites...

...They still come out monstrous.
Was attempting to do something cute for a side project I'm playing around with, and failed miserably at it. Was an attempt to do the mooks from Faris Adventure.

Hey I sprited something

It feeeeeels like it's been foreeeeever since I sprited something. Was attempting to do a boring Faris Adventure enemy, a bit generic, and replacing something that went from regular enemy to special enemy. But this happened.

So this sonovabitch has been in an enemy that only I will find significant, since it isn't a GROUND BREAKING idea or anything, but one I wanted to do anyway, but had -no idea- how to do in game, programming/mechanic wise. Well, I figured it out, and went to sprite him and was so out of practice I started making him too damn large (which you'd only know if you saw a random tweet) and gave up, well today I put hand to mouse and finished him up and god damn it I'm excited~

I'm a crap programmer, so I sprited instead~

 The above was merely for practice, though it is based on a Faris Adventure enemy. Faris Adventure sprites use 3 shades per colour, and I felt I might not be able to do 6 colours, or whatever, easily so I tried it out. I do feel I was rusty lol.

Speaking of Faris Adventure... yeah, a weird thing done in the sprite style.

Parts of a Secret Santa gift

So 2 years ago for a secret Santa I made a sort of point and click styled game, and this year I made another one due to the request. These are some select bits from it.

Props to Bufkus, who was my Secret Santa and jokingly asked for a "Leeble hunting game" and props to Laura Shigihara who created the leebles, and was fine with me messing around with them on her website as such.
