Mr Hurt Feelings (once known as Mr. Hurt Feelings a long, long time ago) is from I'm Haunted, one of my on again off again side projects, and had a very different look originally. I'm Haunted used to have a very simple graphic style, so I could finish it as it was a game project meant for a short Halloween themed contest. Below is the original Mr. Hurt Feelings, though I might bring back the stripes.
